After just over a year of waiting, Red Dead Redemption 2 will finally be available for PC this autumn. Rockstar Games announced today that Authur Morgan and the rest of the gang will arrive on November 5, 2019– so mark your calendars!
RDR2 and the Power of PC
Red Dead Redemption 2 is the first game in the series to arrive on PC, and it’ll bring enhanced features that’ll put your video cards to the test. According to Rockstar, RDR2 for PC “features a range of graphical and technical enhancements for increased immersion along with new Bounty Hunting Missions, Gang Hideouts, Weapons and more.”
Plus, free access to Red Dead Online will be included, and so will all the previously released content updates. This means PC players can get instant access to “the complete online experience including Frontier Pursuits and the specialist Roles of Bounty Hunter, Trader and Collector for players to progress through and earn unique rewards.”
With the power of PCs, who knows how far the limits of RDR2 will be pushed. If GTA 5 is any indicator, we can expect ultra HD graphics, buttery smooth frame rates, and wacky mods in the very near future.
