October has brought us some of the best new releases of 2018– and the month’s only half over! There are amazing new games you could be playing right now, no matter which system you choose. Even Nintendo Switch players, who sometimes might feel left out, have a huge console exclusive to enjoy this month! Here are 6 new releases you should be playing right now. You could just close your eyes and pick one, they’re all amazing.
Call of Duty Black Ops 4
COD’s new release says “goodbye” to its campaign mode, and “hello” to battle royale and a Zombies mode that’s bigger than ever. And, as it turns out, that was a really good idea. Call of Duty Black Ops 4 focuses all of its attention on its multiplayer experience. Why? Because “we wanted to give players more ways to have fun with their friends than any game we’ve made before;” says Treyarch game designer Tony Flame. Dark Souls: Remastered
If you haven’t played Dark Souls yet, now is the time to do it. The game’s interconnected levels, strange monsters, and powerful bosses have all been reworked and redone in this detailed remastering. This game was amazing when it first came out, and it’s even better now. Hopefully the developers didn’t make it any harder…
