This month, players have a chance to grab a variety of different games from the Xbox November Games with Gold deals available. Below, we have given a bit of information on each game available for free to Gold members this month and explained what dates these games will be available on. Two games will be available at different dates throughout the month for both the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One.
Xbox One
Starting with the Xbox One, two games have been announced for this month’s line-up, both of which will be made available throughout the entirety of November. These two games are Volgarr the Viking, and Crimson Dragon.
Crimson Dragon
Crimson Dragon is a game that has been put up for free for three months in a row, and it seems as if it’s a game that Microsoft just aren’t managing to sell. The gameplay in Crimson Dragon is pretty unique compared to other titles available on the Xbox One, and considering you can pick it up for free, we see no reason why you shouldn’t give it a try if you haven’t already.
Volgarr the Viking
The second game this month is a little more exciting than the first Xbox One title and it is an indie game that is fairly new to the Xbox One. The game is called Volgarr the Viking, and it features a very simple set of controls that rely on just a couple of buttons.
If you are a fan of retro games from the 90’s and 80’s then Volgarr the Viking will probably take your fancy.
Xbox 360
For the Xbox 360, Gold members will be given two free games in November. The first of which will be available from November 1st to November 15th. The second game will then be put up for free for Gold members on November 16th, and will remain free in the Xbox Game store till the end of the month.
Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise
The first game in the line-up is Viva Pinata, Trouble in Paradise, a crazy gardening game that gets you working hard to attract new species of animals to your garden. The game is primarily aimed for children, but if you get into it you’ll find it surprisingly addictive.
Seeing as it’s free, you should definitely give Trouble in Paradise a look, you may even end up throwing a couple of hundred hours away in this game. Viva Pinata will be available from November 1st to November 15th.
Red Faction: Guerrilla
Red Faction: Guerrilla is an open world game that is filled with all sorts of potential for destruction and carnage, and it’s surprisingly fun. Whilst Red Faction: Guerrilla didn’t get the best of reviews at its release, you’ll easily be able to spend a few fun hours on this game.
Red Faction: Guerrilla will be available for free starting from November 16th.
