On Thursday evening, The Game Awards ceremony was held; recognizing the highest tier of creative and technical excellence that the gaming community had to offer in 2020. And, amidst the stiff competition of Hades, Ghost of Tsushima, Doom Eternal, the Final Fantasy VII Remake and Animal Crossing: New Horizons… The Last of Us Part II has won Game of the Year.
The Game Awards represents the opinions of “a diverse group of game developers, game players, and notable names from popular culture”; and while there are many important gaming award ceremonies, The Game Awards is arguably the biggest deal. Check out all of the 2020 winners below!
