If you want the best start possible in FC 25 Ultimate Team when it kicks off on September 27 (or a week early with the Ultimate Edition), you’re going to need Points.
Fortunately for you, FC 24 Points are discounted right now over in the CDKeys Store. You can use these points in FC 24, or, transfer them over to FC 25 whenever you decide to upgrade.
Just remember– the clock is ticking! You’ll have until January 1, 2025 to carry over your points from FC 24 to FC 25 if you intend to use them in the new game. Oh, and this sale won’t last forever either.
How to Transfer Points from FC 24 to FC 25
Your FC 24 Points can be used in FC 25, and below is how you can convert them. If you’re wondering what else WILL and WON’T carry over between games– we have a blog post for that too.
The first thing you’ll need is a copy of EA Sports FC 25. Then, when you start up the game for the first time, you’ll see a notification that’ll show you how to transfer your Points. Follow the prompts, and you’re done. It’s that easy.
It’ll look something like this:
We’ve noticed you have an outstanding FC Points balance in FC 24. Would you like to transfer and convert it to FC Points in FC25? Please note, this transfer is not reversible. Once you have transferred your Points balance you will only be able to access it within EAS FC 25. This is a one-time only transfer, you will not be able to transfer any more Points after this.
You can accept it or delay that operation. This pop-up will give you the following options:
-Yes, I want to transfer and convert my entire Points balance from FC 24 to FC 25.
-No, please leave my FC 24 Points balance untouched.
-I am not sure at this point, please prompt me again later.
How to Get Discounted FC 25 Points | Convert FC 24 Points to FC 25
Now that you know how to convert FC 24 Points to FC 25, here’s how you can save yourself some cash in the process too (with the help of CDKeys):
- Stock up on FC 24 Points
- Start Up FC 25 with the same EA account
- Transfer Points over
- Rejoice! You just saved money! (now start building your meta Ultimate squad)
Just be sure to keep the following things in mind:
- You’ll be prompted with the option of transferring Points over to FC25 the first time you start up the game (assuming you’re still logged into your same EA Account). So be ready when you fire it up about what you plan to do (and be sure to stock up on discounted FC 24 Points before doing so).
- Even though FC25 features cross-play from day one, you can only transfer Points on the same family of consoles or PC (while also using the same EA Account). There is no cross-platform carryover available.
- Once you confirm the transfer– it’s done, and it’s not reversible.
- You’ll need to transfer your Points before January 1, 2025
