Hot on the heels of February’s new releases (Helldivers 2 is so good!!) is yet another month of big new titles. March delivers four of our Most Anticipated games of 2024, plus the latest PlayStation exclusive to arrive on PC.

The Outlast Trials
Release Date: 18th March
Platforms: PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One
Discover the secrets behind the Murkoff Corporation’s first experiment in this multiplayer-focused prequel to Outlast. Set in the Cold War era, you’ll have the option to face the sick and twisted human guinea-pig experience alone, or in a group of up to 4. Developer Red Barrels promises that “your morals will be challenged, your endurance tested, and your sanity crushed” … so, maybe play it with the lights on?
Alone in the Dark
Release Date: 20th March
Platforms: PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S
Set in the haunted Derceto mansion in 1920s Louisiana, Alone in the Dark drops players into the role of private investigator Edward Carnby and his task to investigate “strange occurrences” in an eerie manor. As players explore, they’ll encounter supernatural phenomena and unravel a dark and intricate storyline involving occult rituals, ancient powers… and worse.
If this all sounds like many other survival-horror games you’ve played, it’s because Alone in the Dark was a huge influence on many other survival-horror games you’ve played– namely the Resident Evil series. We can’t wait for the return of this genre-defining classic very soon in 2024.
Horizon: Forbidden West Complete Edition (NOW ON PC)
Release Date: 21st March
Platforms: PC (FINALLY!)
Originally a PlayStation exclusive, is finally available for PC today (via Epic and Steam), two years after it first released. All that time has given the game’s developer plenty of time to squash troublesome bugs and add exciting new features. Here’s everything you need to know.— and make some awesome DLC— all of which is included in the edition.
This sequel to the also fantastic Horizon Zero Dawn features an even more detailed open world, intense visceral combat, and the continuation of Aloy’s amazing story. Here are some of the new features PC players can look forward to:
- Ultrawide 21:9 and Super Ultrawide 32:9 resolutions, as well as 48:9 triple monitor support.1
- NVIDIA DLSS 3 upscaling and frame generation, image enhancing NVIDIA DLAA and latency reducing NVIDIA Reflex. AMD FSR and Intel XeSS are also supported.

Princess Peach Showtime!

Dragon’s Dogma 2
